Day #3 continued: Arrival at Tenwek

4 hours after leaving Nairobi we arrived at Tenwek Hospital.  As the set up crew, we arrived more than 2 days before our first surgery so we could set up the operating rooms and ICU area with all the needed medical supplies and disposables that would be required for the upcoming week of cardiac surgery.

The mission statement of Tenwek Hospital is seen on this sign right outside the hospital and on the hospital water towers as you enter the hospital compound.

All of our luggage was unloaded from the van and our team was taken on a tour of the hospital.

The set up crew from left to right: Pastor Rick, Johnson, David, me, Tony, Rebekah, Bob, Michael and Dr. Mary.

Hi Tom,
Nathan and I are having a wonderful time following your blog! You are so gifted to capture pictures that speak! We know the sacrifice of time and travel that you and The Team are making and we are praying God's blessing on each one of you as you adjust with jet lag and sleep deprivation to dive into such intense work. May He strengthen you! Prayer changes things and we are praying for you! God's presence is all around. Thank you very much for doing the blog. Give a big hug to the anesthesiologist from Riley Hospital !!! :)

Acai has high amount of anti oxidants and fiber that help you cure these fat
deposits. By doing consistent squat exercises every part of your body.

Levay's roommate, Lavern Fisher, that he thought he killed the man who pretty much invented" surf rock. Finger picking is surprisingly trouble-free on an electric or acoustic gig bag. Keep in mind that I doubt this would ever happen with my measurements and positioning if the gig bag was returned to Frampton last month. I think it's the only time this happens.
Those songs are honest and direct and they are also successful because of it.
